David and Grace Strubhar

David Strubhar was born and raised near Hubbard, Oregon. After his schooling at Elliott Prairie Christian, he attended Maranatha Bible School (1986), Chemeketa Community College (1989-1991), and the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville (2007-2008). David was a teacher for 11 years, and has enjoyed participating in the development of students, the church and his adopted community of Guys Mills.
Grace (Breneman) Strubhar was born in Red Lake, Ontario, and grew up on a farm near Manheim, PA. After her schooling at Mastersonville Elementary School, Kraybill’s Mennonite School, and Manheim Central High School, she attended Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute (1986) and took several classes at a local college. She also has the distinction of being the first person to complete the course of study at FBEP (1993). Grace was a teacher for 11 years.
David and Grace met at FBEP and were married in January, 1997. They have three children—Jonathan, Marianna, and Elizabeth. As a family, they enjoy history, flowers and gardening, and being with family and friends. They want to grow in daily trust and faith in God’s supply and work, experiencing and passing on a life of faith.
