Post-secondary education is costly. The cost of the tuition and room and board is compounded by loss of income. Many students who attend Faith Builders have taught school or served in low-wage ministry positions, making the financial feasibility of study even more difficult.
Faith Builders works to make its programs affordable for as many people as possible. This is reflected in efforts to keep the costs associated with our programs low while offering as much value per dollar as possible. Additionally, Faith Builders awards scholarships – a form of gift aid that does not need to be repaid - to eligible students wishing to attend. In the 2016 academic year, Faith Builders awarded $157,000 in scholarships to 30 students. For the 2017 academic year, we anticipate awarding nearly $190,000 in scholarships.
